By using the website alphacadetacademy.com, the free demo test, or the Alpha Cadet Academy exam portal and apps (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are a student under 18, a parent or guardian should read and accept them for you.

1. The Service

The Service offers practice tests, exams, results and related information for students preparing for admission to PAF and military colleges. The free demo is a small sample and is not the full question bank. Marks and rankings are for guidance and do not guarantee admission anywhere.

2. Accounts

• Enrolled students receive a roll number and password. Keep them private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Information you give us (name, phone, e-mail) must be true and belong to you or your child.
• We may approve devices, limit the number of attempts, or suspend an account to keep exams fair and the Service secure.

3. Fair use and exam rules

• Do not cheat, share exam questions or answers, take screenshots to pass on questions, or let someone else take your exam.
• Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the Service, or access other people's data.
• Exams may be monitored (for example with camera snapshots and activity checks) as described in our Privacy Policy. Attempts that break the rules may be cancelled or removed.

4. Our content

The questions, tests, design, logo and software of the Service belong to Alpha Cadet Academy or its licensors. You may use them for your own study but not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove features, questions and prices of courses at any time.

6. No warranty and limits of responsibility

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions, device or internet problems, or by relying on practice results. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

7. Ending use

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
